In good shape except for the attached christmas lights, which do not turn on. It has three parts and the branches fold upwards for ease of storing during the non-holiday months. The bottom piece comes with a stand. I didn't take a picture of it stood up this year, but the attached photo is a good approximation in terms of height and color.
