The 3-seater sofa is a custom made IKEA sofa. There are no rips or tears, but it is worn in places -- making only one side of each cushion good to have facing out. Also, the back of the sofa is not complete -- so you will need to place against a wall. It is smoke- and pet-free. It is several years old. All cushions are removable.
The loveseat (2-seater) sofa is a sofa-bed. Comes with the double mattress. The side and back cushions are attached; only the two bottom cushions remove completely. (You flip the side and back cushions over to use it as a bed). It is smoke- and pet-free. It is a number of years old.
