Our collective goal is to educate and enhance each customer’s in-store experience so that weather or not a customer makes a purchase on any particular visit, they at least depart our store having gained knowledge and insight into the techniques, processes, and personalities of the artists we represent while gaining an appreciation for the ‘ noble task of earning one’s livelihood by making things by hand’ in America today.
Responsibility of the Sales Team Associate is to make make certain that either they themselves or one of their colleague sales associates has welcomed into our store and engage in a genuine, meaningful and valuable context each and every customer who comes through the store’s front door.
Additionally, to make certain that each customer is Thanked, as they depart our store, for having spent time with us and come in that day.
Our Store Interior nd Building are a Work of Art in themselves.
