Fully furnished including bedding/towels, decorated. THERE IS NO FULL KITCHEN. There is a food prep area with a microwave, coffee maker, freezer, and refrigerator. Most buy frozen meals from Trader Joe's and keep in the standalone freezer. This is a SCENT-FREE household, no scented bath products, sprays, incense, no candles, and no smoking.
Park in covered barnport. House is on 20 acres with mown paths.
The apartment is attached to the back of the house, with a private deck. 4 steps up to the deck and 1 step in. It is not handicap accessible. Fully separate unit from the rest of the house. The house is occupied by 1 very quiet person.
