Since Cornell is a hike up the hill from the downtown area where everyone prefers to live and hang out, the best way to get to Cornell is to hop on a bus and it takes you right into campus (4 min, 5 stops). The apartment itself is in a quiet triplex on a residential street and overlooks the picturesque Six Mile Creek. Two short blocks walk to the Ithaca Public Library - a community favorite spot and a great place to study or write. By the library you'll also find a central bus stop with busses everywhere - not just to Cornell, but to Ithaca College (8 min, 6 stops), box stores, etc. Some people choose to get a bike while staying in this location: biking is a very convenient way to get around town and it's a 10 min bike ride from the apartment to the center of Cornell campus.
One month stays are 1500/month, all utilities included.
The studio is zoned for 1 person only. Laundromat conveniently located on the same block (1 minute away). Please be aware that the studio is on the second floor, so there are stairs (if you have mobility restrictions).
