We are renting a spacious 950 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at 437 West State Street / Ironworks Ithaca. Flexible move-in is available anytime between now and September 2026.
There are two rental options:
1. Short-term sublet for the summer and/or fall semester
2. Full lease takeover through July 2027, with the option to renew directly with Ironworks afterward
For a full-year lease takeover, we will cover 1.5 months of rent. For a summer or fall sublet, rent support is negotiable.
The apartment is a bright corner unit with a large living room, abundant natural light, and a large private balcony. Because it is a corner unit, it has more outdoor space and light than many other units in the building.
Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and the primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is also plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
This would be a great option for Cornell students, graduate students, faculty, staff, or roommates looking for housing for the upcoming academic year. The building is located downtown, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation to Cornell.
The apartment is unfurnished, though we can discuss leaving some furniture or household items if helpful.
