Fourth bedroom (may also be used as a study, den or playroom) is about 12' x 7' and has Twin Bed.
Laundry room on first floor has new Samsung washer, and dryer, and chute from second floor.
Country setting on Coddington Rd. near E. Miller Rd. Very scenic and away from the hustle and bustle, yet a short drive to town. A 7 minute drive to Ithaca College (Coddington Rd entrance) or 12 min. to Cornell or downtown Ithaca (Wegmans, etc.). You need a car here.
Private pond (use at you own risk!) and 12 acres of land!
Rent includes Internet, water, a winter's supply of firewood and monthly garbage bill. (Tenants pay for electricity and heating oil.) Classic Hawley/LeMay Wood Stove (FIREWOOD INCLUDED!) plus conventional heating (high-efficiency Buderus oil heating system).
