Hi! I am a PhD student at Cornell, seeking 2 roommates to join me on the lease at this beautiful, spacious 3BR, 1.5BA apartment at Fall Creek. Lease runs from 1 Aug 2026 to 25 July 2027. Rent is $895 per month per person, excluding utilities and internet. The 3BR, 1.5 BA apartment comes furnished with a large kitchen and a living room. Free parking + on-site laundry is also available.

About me: I’m 32 years old (M) and in my fifth year of my PhD. I spent most of my days in the lab, and enjoy running, playing tennis, and skiing. My preferred roommates are ideally also grad students or professionals who are willing to make this place a nice, clean, and comfy home to return to after a long day of work or school. I personally have been living in this house for over a year, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

About the neighborhood: Fall Creek is a grad students' favorite all thanks to its peaceful surroundings. I have been in Ithaca for 5+ years and this is always my favorite neighborhood. The house is close to bus stops for getting around campus and is about a 10-min walk to the commons/downtown. The ever-scenic Ithaca Falls and Stewart Park are both nearby.
