One-bedroom apartment in owner occupied house for rent beginning June 2026. Rent inclusive of wi-fi, water, sewer and onsite washer and dryer.
Dogs, cats, gerbils, guinea pigs, spiders and snakes are welcome. I prefer a tenant with a dog. The house is very quiet and private with a large fenced in back yard. I have a dog, cats, guinea pigs, and free-ranging chickens and turkeys.
The apartment is heated with newly installed heat pump and very efficient, less than about $130/month to heat in the winter months.
The house is in Ellis Hollow, about 4 miles from the Cornell campus, and a 5 minute walk to the Ellis Hollow Preserve. It's an easy trip (car or bike) to the Veterinary College at Cornell ( 4 miles to "B-lot"). A bus stop with several stops a day is about a 10 minute walk away. A very quiet area - neighboring houses are barely visible through the trees.
