"Treehouse" Apartment - Cornell Graduation Weekend (Ithaca)

The space includes use of the following:
- Queen-sized bed, equipped with a new tempur pedic topper and fresh white sheets;
- Full kitchen, prep space, and dining area for up to 3;
- Tea, coffee, and an instant kettle for heating water;
- Clothing rack and hangers for wrinkle-free storage;
- Two full-length mirrors, including one in the bedroom, and one at the entrance
- Full bathroom with Moen shower-head, open shelf storage for toiletries, and a swing-open picture window that overlooks the gorge;
- 30" TV with connection to streaming services
- Plenty of outlets in the main space;
- Comfort electronics are available upon request and with an additional, refundable deposit.
This apartment sits level with the tree canopy (great for birders) and is accessed by two short flights of stairs, so visitors must be able to climb them comfortably.
Accommodations are $750 for two nights and $150 per each additional night of stay. You may "check-in" as early as 11am and "check out" as late as 4pm. A refundable $150 deposit will be required to secure the space and protect against any damages to and theft of common use items.
