**ASI Renovations** is seeking an experienced residential carpenter who can work independently, produce quality work, and **has a reliable personal vehicle for daily transportation to job sites.**
### Requirements
**"Reliable personal vehicle required. No exceptions."**
* Minimum **8 years** of residential construction/remodeling experience.
* **Reliable personal vehicle** and valid driver's license (**required**).
* Own basic hand tools and know how to safely use common power tools.
* Able to complete most residential carpentry tasks with little or no supervision.
* Strong knowledge of:
* Rough and finish carpentry
* Doors, windows, trim, stairs, roofing, flooring, and framing
* New York State Residential Building Code
* Consistently produces high-quality work and gets it right the first time.
* Able to communicate clearly with customers, subcontractors, and coworkers.
* Organized, dependable, and able to solve problems independently.
### Physical Requirements
* Lift 50+ lbs.
* Climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform all normal residential construction tasks.
### Work Environment
* Primarily residential job sites throughout the Ithaca/Tompkins County area.
* Daily travel between job sites is required. **Applicants must have their own dependable vehicle.**
No people in active unignorable addction, must have own car, no yahoo/jokers.
