Now Hiring – Experienced Construction Worker / Carpenter Helper
Lifestyle Contracting LLC is looking to hire an experienced construction worker or carpenter helper for remodeling and construction projects in the Ithaca area.
This is a good opportunity for someone who already has hands-on construction experience and wants steady work with a professional contracting company. I am looking for someone who can work well alongside other contractors, carpenters, and trades while representing the company professionally on job sites and around clients.
Work may include decks, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, demolition, cleanup, material handling, and general remodeling.
What I’m looking for:
- Previous construction or remodeling experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable vehicle required
- Able to work independently after being given clear direction
- Able to use basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Able to stay productive without needing constant supervision
- Respectful around clients, homeowners, contractors, and other trades
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Keeps the jobsite clean, organized, and professional
- Own basic tools preferred
Pay starts at $22–$25 per hour DOE, based on experience, reliability, tools, transportation, and ability to work independently. Raises are available for the right person who proves they can help jobs move smoothly and represent the company well.
