What You'll Do
As an HVAC Apprentice, you will be an essential part of our service team, working alongside senior technicians to learn the ins and outs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Learning to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Handling tools and equipment safely and maintaining them properly.
Helping to maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
Providing friendly and professional customer service.
Following all company safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a candidate who is ready to learn and grow with us.
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
A strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for working with your hands.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
Preferred (but not required):
Certificate from an HVAC trade school.
EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain it upon hiring).
