Are you creative, detail-oriented, and love working with your hands and with people? We’re looking for a full-time team member to join our busy custom frame shop.
What we’re looking for:
Strong customer service skills and a genuine love of working with people
Experience in picture framing or a background in visual arts or design preferred
Ability to read a ruler accurately
Must be able to multitask
Comfort working with tools/materials
Excellent organizational skills
Eagerness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
Reliable and team-focused attitude
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
Manual dexterity and the ability to be on your feet throughout the day
Enthusiasm for art, design, and working with beautiful and meaningful objects
Responsibilities include:
Measuring artwork and materials accurately
Keeping projects organized and on schedule
Handle final assembly of custom framing projects, including cutting glass and foam
Assisting customers with aesthetic and technical design decisions
Work closely with artwork and keepsakes giving care and attention to detail
Every day brings something new—whether it's a family heirloom, a contemporary print, or a child’s drawing, you’ll play a key role in how our clients' treasures are presented and protected.
Hours:
Tuesday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm and some Saturdays 10 am - 2 pm (the team rotates Saturdays)
So some weeks are 30 hours others are 34. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.
