Experienced Carpenter – Structural Repair & Restoration
We are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our growing team specializing in structural repair and restoration work. This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works professionally on job sites, and is eager to continue learning while taking direction from leadership when needed.
Responsibilities
Perform structural repairs on residential and commercial buildings
Build and install cribbing systems
Assist with lifting and stabilizing structures
Complete sill repairs, framing, and siding work
Form and pour concrete as needed
Maintain organized and safe job sites
Work independently and collaboratively with crew members
Follow project plans, safety procedures, and supervisor direction
Requirements
Prior carpentry experience required, especially in structural or repair work
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Strong understanding of construction methods and job site safety
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Organized, dependable, and responsible
Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently without constant supervision
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with structural lifting and foundation repair
Concrete forming and finishing experience
Knowledge of framing and exterior repairs
