Mid-size property management company seeks very skilled help. We take care of about 10 buildings and do everything from:
Grounds keeping and janitorial work
Full blown remodels of bathrooms and kitchens
Full mechanical upgrades to HVAC systems
General building and equipment maintenance
Apartment turnovers.
The small crew that works together constantly, so a good general attitude and good interpersonal skills are essential.
Emergency service calls must be handled periodically (a few times a year) so response to Ithaca within 30 minutes is necessary.
We're looking for someone that is capable of overseeing the the entire maintenance operation and will pay accordingly.
This is not a position for a rookie. Candidate must be physically fit and not afraid of heights.
