For sale is the fastest G4 imac for the vintage and retro computing enthusiast. There are models that come with a larger 20” display but they’re quite a bit bulkier and heavier; this one doesn’t take up nearly as much space and is easier to move around.
The computer powers up just fine but does not seem to fully be able to boot into an operating system; it spends a long amount of time on the Apple boot logo before going to light blue screen with the mouse cursor and nothing else and does not progress past this point. I am guessing this is a fault with the hard drive which is fairly easy to replace; I simply don’t have a spare hard drive at the moment.
In addition I’ll include a spare logic board for parts.
