We are looking for a trustworthy subletter to enjoy and care for our fully furnished home and our two cats from June 27 through August 8th.
It is within walking distance of:
Wegmans,
The Commons Downtown,
1/2 block to the #15, #67 bus lines
It is a short walk to Green St. for all buses to Cornell and Ithaca College
Southside Community Center and playground.
Nine to ten-month leases only.
Utilities are not included.
There is no off-street parking, but plenty of street parking spots are available.
There is no smoking inside or on the porches.
We are happy to have pets with advanced notice and an additional pet fee.
Tenants do not have access to the attic or basement for storage purposes, and the owners maintain an additional storage closet on the back porch.
