I am a Ph.D. student at Cornell and I am looking for someone to sublet my room for the summer (May 20-July 26). I have a spacious bedroom in a newly renovated, fully furnished 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Fall Creek. You would be living with 5 other graduate students and young adults working in the area. The house is in a great location! It is about a 10 minute walk to downtown and a 4 minute walk to a beautiful waterfall and bus station that takes you straight up the hill to Cornell’s campus. The house also contains an in-unit gym/yoga room, free in-unit laundry and street parking, a front and a back porch, and a free biweekly cleaning service for the common areas. The landlord also provides free re-stocking of household supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and paper towels. I’ve really enjoyed living here and think it is a nice house in a great location for a good price. The sublet start date is flexible and you’d have the option to extend your lease for the entire year if you so choose. More details are on the flyer.
