This is your own apartment no sharing with anyone..no other tenants on property..ALL utilities included---This apartment is available now short term rental is 6 mos. or more If you need less than 6 mo. rental -rent will increase,,,contact me for rate(it will only be avaailable to run a lease thru end of Dec. or into early Jan 2027) ..Completely furnished quiet country duplex apt, furnished right down to the dishes. ...Only rental on owner occupied property.Owner lives in the house next door.All that is needed are personal items to move in. The rent is based on ONE person (occupant ) only.Parking available for only ONE vehicle. ALL utilities included, even free cable TV, cable fee is included in your rent, no extra cable charge and free wifi. They are already in place no hook up fees, or monthly fees- also includes trash pick-up .There are no hidden charges/expenses for you- eveything is included in monthy rent of $970 Private entrance, off road covered parking(carport)right below apartment.. Nice for visiting nurses -professional travelers or grad or vet student., Borg Warner Co op student, etc.. Rent is based on single occupancy only, -parking spot for Tenant is right below the apartment sidewalk a few steps from private entrance .
This apartment is centrally located (2 miles off rte 79east past town of Caroline,,,) between Ithaca/Cornell/Ithaca College, TC3 college (Dryden) apx a 20-23 minute drive to all locations,,,17 miles ..most of the driving on State roads.....easy commute to all towns, Not on a bus line you need a car.
All rooms are nicely furnished, can only rent this apartment as furnished-
--this is all your own apartment no sharing with others.
No dogs, cats or other pets allowed. No smoking inside or outside on the property
This is a nice rental for someone needing short term, completely furnished apartment. To secure the rental you only need the first months rent of $970--security dep of $750 due the day you move in.....refundable when you leave if no damage, etc. and apartment is left as clean as when moved in... If interested you MUST put "COUTRY ESTATE" in the lead of your inquiry, or I will not answer you inquiry. Also need to know a little about you, student, professional, what length of lease you are looking for, if the apartment is just for you, etc. As much info as you want to offer. This information must be in your original first inquiry.
