The cabin has its own Wi-Fi and router, a kitchenette, stall shower, a compost toilet, closet, and dining area. There is ladder to low-ceiling loft with a full-size bed. It also has Heat and AC. Enjoy sunsets on the deck by a campfire. References and a 1-month refundable deposit required plus rent. Rental for a minimal 6 month lease is either $1,000/ month (you pay for your own WiFI, garbage and recycling removal) or $1,150/month which includes WiFi and garbage and recycling removal. (Recycling and composting are mandatory.)For a monthly rental (less then 6-months) rent is $1,250 per month - which includes all. For 6-month rental agreements there is an opportunity for contractual work (housekeeping and minor landscaping) to reduce your rent.
