Looking to rent for the summer - month-to-month basis. I am good to go starting May or June 1st. But will need the place until September 1st. I am a 39 year old male, professional, looking for a quiet space. I am not looking for a place to party. I am a nondrinker and nonsmoker. No pets. Easy!
