I am looking for someone who would like to exchange work for reduced rent. Private room in beautiful old farm house in the country. Rent would be $600 but can be offset at the rate of $20 an hour for work. Primarily I need someone to help keep the yard up and help with other projects around the house. I mow about 4 acres. Work in excess of the 30 hours will be compensated at $20 per hour. Must be dog friendly!
