Description of the apartment from the realtor: "The house on Danby was renovated in 2014 and is divided into 2 up/down units. This first floor unit offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, as well as a bonus room that is perfect for an office. The updated kitchen features granite counters and bar seating that overlooks the living room. The building receives plenty of natural light and includes a small yard and garage. Each unit comes with a dishwasher and in-unit laundry."
This space is a more spacious and affordable alternative to on-campus housing. All utilities are included except for garbage and wifi, and we will each save $3000-4000 over the course of the nine month lease by living here instead of in the IC Circles Apartments (depending on our wifi and garbage costs). We had a third housemate lined up but he decided to live on campus right before signing the lease.
Obviously this is a very last minute endeavor, but as of now the apartment is still available. IC offers a full refund of housing costs before you move in, or a prorated refund after move in. Contact us ASAP for more details.
