Hi, I’m looking for a housemate to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with me beginning in August. I am also open to having two housemates, in which case rent would be $700 per bedroom.

The apartment is the entire main floor of a single-story home (there is one other apartment in the basement). I'm in the second bedroom in the photos, which has an attached bathroom. The other bathroom is in the hallway. The first and third bedrooms are available (either as two bedrooms or one bedroom and one shared guest room/home office/storage space).

Split two ways, electric/internet/trash will likely be around $130 per month per person. The landlord is responsible for gas (heat and hot water), water/sewer, mowing the lawn, and plowing the driveway.

Some additional details about the apartment:
- Located in quiet Northeast Ithaca neighborhood off Hanshaw Rd.
- Large deck with attached fenced-in side yard, plus front yard and shared back yard

A little bit about me:
I’m in my mid-30s (she/her) and work at Cornell. I have a 7 y/o Lab who loves people and other dogs. An additional social dog would be a welcome addition! In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, cooking/baking, seeing live music, and spending time out in nature. I don't have guests over often, but occasionally I host a movie or game night with a few friends.
