We have a rather large furnished bedroom available in a fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath in a newer house in Danby. The bedroom is upstairs with their own independent heating and air conditioning unit. There is a shared bathroom upstairs.
The house sits on a mostly wooded 10 acre property. There is a small creek that runs along the property and access to an additional 400 acres of woods and fields beyond the property. Close to Danby State forest, Buttermilk State park and other nature areas south of Ithaca.
Short drive to Ithaca college and downtown ithaca for shopping and dining.
Washer and dryer is available at no extra cost. Free off street parking. Have access to the full downstairs living room, kitchen and laundry.
We are a group of college educated young professionals or graduate students. Mixture of both male and female roommates. Looking for mature young professionals, graduate or doctorate students.
The house is on a bus route but it only operates a few times during the week and NO WEEKEND SERVICE. So a car would be the most convenient to getting around.
