Private Room for rent in a shared house available the beginning of November. Lease runs till the end of June with the option to renew. First month and security deposit due before moving in. The room comes furnished with bed, dresser, desk. House has a fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer are in the apartment at no extra charge. Off-street parking is included. The house is close to the village of Danby, NY on Route 96B. It is an easy 4 mile drive to Ithaca College, 5 miles from the Commons and 8 miles to Cornell. The house is on TCAT bus route 65 with Monday through Friday service only. The housemates are 3 working professionals in the area. One female and 2 males share the house already. We are looking for a mature individual that is either a student or someone working in the area. We have 4 small dogs in the house and occasionally a well behave dalmatian but other animals can be discussed. 1 pers in the house is allergic to cats. Utilities run an extra $75/month.
