The rent is low because the house is genuinely not worth a lot tbh. Two locals, one guy, one non-binary.
537 plus utilities until August. Rent increase via the landlord is 637 from August onward. Utilities are electric, trash tags, and 30 bucks for water cause our landlord doesn't pay for water :(
We are actively repairing the house. It's a 5 minute walk to DeWitt Mall.
Couples are welcome but we'll need more utilities from you, sorry.
