From time to time I rent one furnished bedroom of my 3 br downtown house to international or U.S. grad students. 4 blocks to public library bus stop. Shared bathroom. Having lived abroad with families in different places as a student myself this is an enjoyable way to reciprocate. Perfect for summer school. Quiet, study atmosphere.
