I'm looking to sublet my room for the spring & summer semesters (Dec - july 2024). There is also the possibility of taking over my lease and extending annually. I really enjoyed living in this space but unfortunately I have to leave for fieldwork soon. The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk to the commons (downtown area) and a 25-minute walk to Cornell University. It is newly renovated and the kitchen includes a dish washer, air fryer, and electric stove. Laundry services are also available in the complex. The landlord is very helpful and accommodating.
You will be sharing the room with two lovely graduate students, both females studying at Cornell.
The room is spacious, sunny and has plenty of storage space. Utilities are also very affordable, averaging $35 a month. Please send me an email if interested. TENENTS ONLY, no third parties!
