Room (with 2 south-facing windows, a closet, plus several shelving units) available on 2nd floor of large, older home on Elm Street, on Ithaca's West Hill (and on bus route). There are six housemates (including the owner), various ages. House has large yard, 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, and other common rooms (including a guest room). No dogs; cats - maybe. No smoking in or near the house. Room rental is $520/month, plus a share of house utilities. Household supplies and some food "basics" are purchased together (mostly from GreenStar Co-op), via monthly charges of $10 (supplies) and $20 (food) per (adult) person. Washer and dryer available in the house (and clotheslines in the yard). Occasional shared meals. Ping pong and piano players welcome!
