$500 Room in shared apartment on South Cayuga Street (Commons / South Works)

We (32m, 42m) are just regular working Ithacans who share space on the top floor of this apartment house. The unit has three bedrooms and a shared bathroom/kitchen/living room. (The bottom floor is the same setup, we share the washer-dryer with them, and that's it).
Rent is 500 a month. Utilities are an additional 100-150 per month on average. The landlords (the Iacovellis) are decently responsible.
NO smoking, please. Probably no pets, but exceptions can be made. When I can I'll post photos of the room. It has a wood floor, dark blue/green walls, and one window.
Our current roommate had to move out unexpectedly, so the room is available as early as May 13. Preferably looking for someone planning to stay long-term, and willing to sign a year-long lease starting Aug 1. However, if you just want a summer sublet that will work!
We are chill, fun, responsible people. We invite people over sometimes, but no parties. I work at the Ethiopian restaurant downtown. My roommate works at Wegmans + a local credit union.
