Hi! I'm a 23 year old male currently working at the vet school at Cornell. I moved here a few months ago and am now looking for housing for the 2026-2027 academic year. I've always liked having roommates and I find you get much better value on much nicer spaces if you share them. So I'm looking for 1-2 people in a similar situation as me to live with!

An ideal roommate would be someone easygoing but responsible. Obviously someone who likes a clean space, but I'm not a neat freak. And ideally you're friendly and sociable :) Also, I have a beautiful baby orange cat named Cumin, so you should be okay with that. I think I would be best with another man or masc person.

I'm looking for somewhere in or close to Ithaca, but hopefully surrounded by some good nature. Budget is ~$700-$1000 per person. Lease would ideally start in July.

A little more about me: I'm a pretty academic person (read: nerd) and though I love to be outside and go on hikes, I'm a bit of a homebody. In my free time I like to play board games, read/watch sci fi, and play video games.
