I’m looking for a housemate to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with me beginning in August. The apartment is the entire main floor of a single-story home (there is a second apartment in the basement). One bathroom is in the hallway and the other is attached to my room (bedroom #2 in the photos). I’m hoping to share the apartment with one other person and use the extra bedroom as a shared home office/guest room. Total rent for the entire apartment is $2208, plus electric/internet/trash, which average around $260 per month. I'm open to discussing specifics regarding how we'd want to share the space and split rent.

Some additional details about the apartment:
- Located in quiet Northeast Ithaca neighborhood off Hanshaw Rd.
- 2.5 miles to Vet School, 4.5 miles to the Commons
- Front deck with fenced side yard and unfenced front yard
- Large (unfenced) backyard shared with downstairs neighbor

A little bit about me:
I’m in my mid-30s and work at Cornell. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, cooking/baking, seeing live music, and spending time out in nature. I’ve been in this apartment for about 8 years and really enjoy it here. I have a 7 y/o Lab who loves people and gets along well with other dogs.
