Llenroc (Cornell spelled backwards) is Ezra Cornell’s historic mansion located at 100 Cornell Avenue, just minutes from Cornell University's West Campus.
The mansion has historically been the home of the Delta Phi fraternity, but it is now open for leasing to Cornell University students for the 2025-2026 academic year. There are a total of 16 unique single through triple occupancy dorm rooms that can accommodate from 16 to 26 students total.
The current tenants are all male, and due to the shared bathroom facilities, this living situation may not be appropriate for female students.
Single room rates range from $12-15K for a 9 month academic year lease. Double and triple occupancy rates range from $7.5-9.5K.
All utilities, internet, cleaning service, and laundry machines are included. Two large bathrooms are shared among tenants, and a commercial kitchen is available for use by responsible tenants. Parking is available.
