This apartment is seriously amazing. The energy is so soothing, as soon as we saw it we knew we wanted to live there (and we hope one of you will too!). It’s also right on the commons so you’re right in the middle of everything! People watching game on point.
We have a kitty cat!
This will be a joint lease sublet from September 30th 2019-May 31 2020 (beginning date flexible)
Rent: $1,100 a month ($550 each)
1 full bath 2(ish) bedroom
Full kitchen with range, oven, microwave, and toaster
Radiator Heat and water included (!)
Electricity and gas through NYSEG (average monthly bill about $30 a month so $15 each)
No Laundry on site but laundromat nearby
We have wifi, it’s around $44.99 a month, so $23 each
We have an in window air conditioner (apartment is really well insulated so the temperature stays pretty regular)
After all those other expenses thats around $588 a month each!
Close to everything; bus stops, restaurants, campus, etc...
Now here’s the catch- the apartment is pretty small. If you’re interested keep in mind that these are pretty close quarters, my “bedroom” (the one you’ll be inheriting) is connected with the living room. Don’t worry, you can close all the doors and have privacy, it’s just also a shared space. You could also string up a curtain to close it off more if you want. Tbh much better than a dorm tho imho.
Also another disclosure- this apartment can get pretty loud at night. Moonies is right under the windows. That being said, We are both pretty used to it. I usually sleep with headphones in, but my roomie sleeps like a baby in the front room with no headphones! Just be warned!
Other than that we absolutely love our place, I’m sad I have to leave but we know whoever moves in will love it just as much!
If you’re interested message me and we can schedule an interview and tour/answer any questions. We want to interview because it’s important we get along if we’re going to be living so close, you get the picture.
