Hi, I’m looking for a housemate to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with me beginning in August. The apartment is the entire main floor of a single-story home (there is one other apartment in the basement). I'm in the second bedroom, which has an attached bathroom. You would have sole use of the hallway bathroom and your choice of the first or third bedroom. The common space is furnished, but you are welcome to bring additional furniture if you want. The bedroom can come unfurnished or with a bed frame and mattress. The extra bedroom could be used as a shared home office, guest room, etc.

Split two ways, electric/internet/trash will likely be around $130 per month per person. The landlord is responsible for gas (heat and hot water), water/sewer, mowing the lawn, and plowing the driveway.
