Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Prepare shipments accurately by picking, packing, and labeling orders.
- Ensure proper stock levels through stocking, inventory checks, and order fulfillment activities aligned with warehouse distribution standards.
- Assist in maintaining organized storage areas by stock rotation, order picking, and ensuring compliance with safety guideines.
- Assembly and packaging numerous products from our three product lines.
- 40% Customer Service, 30% Shipping, 15% Assembly, 15% Inventory Management
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proven problem solver.
- Strong computer skills. A considerable amount of time will involve conversing with customers via email, as well as working with Shopify and FedEx Shipping Platforms.
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
- Ability to perfom physical tasks including lifting heavy packages, load & unload activities, and standing for extended periods.
- Meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work at a quick and efficient pace.
