Hello, my name is Amanda and I have been selling online for the past 5 years on several platforms. I have a 4.8 out of 5 star rating on Poshmark, Mercari, and Facebook Marketplace. I also have a 5% click through rate which happens to be double what the average is. In case you do not know what click through rate is, it is the amount of people who are clicking on the listings I post for things to sell. The average is only 1%-2%. I am offering my services, my accounts and my knowledge, to help others sell their stuff online. There are a couple different ways we can do this. One way being I would hold on to your items for you, I would list them for sale on all my selling accounts (Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Depop, Grailed, Vinted), I would take the pictures, I would respond to the messages, I would package and ship the items once they sell. Every 30 days I would contact you to show you documentation from these sites that I have your stuff listed on, what items sold and didn't sell. I would send you the money you made from any of the sales over the past 30 days, via PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp. And I would discuss any changes you would want to make to your listings. Which ones you want to drop the asking price on, which ones you want to keep the same. We can also discuss which items are getting alot of traffic and which ones are not in case you want to remove some of the items that haven't sold in the first 30 days. We can do that every month if you want for a few months. OR: you can hold onto your items yourself and I will just write the listings and post them on my accounts. You will have to take your own photos and send them to me so I can use them to make the listings for you. And whenever I make a sale for you I will tell you that you made a sale, you will have to ship the item and as soon as I receive payment, I can pay you. If you prefer the second option, it is imperative that a direct line of communication between the two of us remains open for as long as possible each day. We will have to communicate alot. And you will have to make sure you ship your items out quickly otherwise you run the risk of your buyer canceling the purchase. BTW, whenever I sell something for you, I will let you know right away. I give myself 24 hours to communicate it to you and email you the shipping label or shipping information. But once I give you that information, it would be wise if you made sure your items were shipped within the next 24-48 hours. You will already have the tracking information from the label so its your responsibility to monitor your package as it moves through the system. Once your buyer receives their package they have 3 days to inspect the item and accept it. If any problems arise, I will communicate it with you and provide any documents that I receive for the sale. So if someone is granted a return on a item, I will forward that email to you for your records. If there are no problems from the buyer in 72 hours, the funds from your sale will be released. I will email you the documentation for that as well and once I receive it, I will send it to you via paypal, venmo or cashapp.
I know it might seem like alot, but its not so bad once you get used to it. Just image how much work us online sellers go through all the time. Selling stuff online requires alot of work. And the amount of work you have to put into each item doesn't change regardless if the item is worth 5$ or 500$.
So, with that being said, if you decide you want me to do all the work I have specific stipulations in place for reasons I am happy to explain to you if you ask. First being, you will have to send me a list of each item you want to have me hold onto and sell for you. You have to give me as much information as possible for each item or I might not be able to find the correct item online for reference and that can affect all kinds of stuff. You can email me a list of up to 50 items at a time, they cannot be larger than the size of desktop computer, and they cannot weigh more than 10-15 lbs. I will research the items to make sure that I am able to make a minimum of 10$ on each item. I will not accept items that I am not confident I can make a minimum of 10$ on. All items will need to be in good working condition and have all the parts. I cannot sell damaged items or items that are missing parts. They will also need to be properly cleaned prior to me holding them so I can go right into taking the pictures. When I have to stop to clean an item that you want me to sell, it slows down how fast I can get it online and available to buyers. Once I have your list of items and I have approved them, you will have to put down a deposit in order for me to not take on any other clients at the time. I will only accept one client at a time currently.
If you're going to hold onto your stuff yourself and just send me the photos, then I will not require a deposit and instead will take a percentage of each sale. The percentage amount I will take and for what items is as follows:
I am not responsible for how much an item sells for or if an item doesn't sell at all. I am also not responsible for what happens to an item once the postal worker has it. If everything sounds good to you, whichever way you want to go, I have documents we will both need to sign before we can start anything. So just respond to this ad, give me your EMAIL ADDRESS and I will send you an email. If I need to speak with you on the phone I will ask you for your contact number.
I know that this might not be perfect. And I know that it might not appeal to everyone and thats fine. Not everyone likes every store or the way other companies work. But I sat down with AI and worked all this out so far. I might revist it later down the road and make some changes, but as it stands right now, this is the best way to work this sort of service in my opinion. Thanks so much for your time...
