Are you a psychologist/psychotherapist/LCSW or other mental health professional seeking a presence in downtown Ithaca? The first is a shared office available on a per diem basis for up to two days a week. The office has two sets of large bay windows with interior shutters overlooking a garden and porch, a historic ornamental fireplace and built-in bookcases, gleaming oak floors and individualized heating/cooling via newly installed heat pumps. Rent is $215 per month per day of week (lower if you rent both available days of week), and includes utilities, fax, wifi and cleaning of common areas. Minimum one year lease required, starting May 1, 2026, or later.

The second office is a private second floor office with large windows, beautiful hardwood floors and a large closet for storage. Rent is $730 per month, and includes utilities, fax, wifi and cleaning of common areas. Minimum one year lease required, starting June 1, 2026, or later. Multiple year leases are welcome.

The building has 6 offices in total, each rented to a separate therapist/LCSW (or co-rented by a pair of therapists/LCSWs). There are attractive common waiting areas and bathrooms on each floor, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, and shared fax machine. There is easy, free parking on the street.
