We are a small local business with fewer than 10 employees, seeking a Part-Time Finance and Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role offers flexible work hours, requiring 2-3 days per week and 1-5 hours per day, with a minimum requirement of being in the office on Mondays.
Key Responsibilities:
-Finance:
- Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing credit card reconciliations.
- Processing weekly payroll.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Administrative Support, on an as-needed basis:
- Answering emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Creating and maintaining employee work schedules.
- Liaising with clients to ensure effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience in finance and bookkeeping with Quickbooks required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible work schedule.
