Operations Coordinator Position at CTA
This is a part-time, regular position at $25.00/hour for 25 hours/week.
The Center for Transformative Action (CTA) is seeking applicants for a part-time position at 25 hours per week to provide organizational, financial, and administrative services. We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Knowledge of non-profit operations is strongly preferred. This opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to learn all aspects of non-profit management.
CTA is a non-profit organization committed to transformative action, social justice, and creating communities that work for everyone. The successful applicant will be someone who values our goals, is detail-oriented, self-directed, works well as part of a team, and takes initiative. We are a small office managing multiple complex tasks. The successful candidate will manage workflow and collaborate with the Operations team to provide exceptional service to our projects, employees, vendors, donors, and other CTA stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
• Being the primary point of contact for administrative requests between CTA and our stakeholders.
• Managing the flow of information and documents through the Operations Office.
• Managing routine business communications within the Operations Office, including answering email, phones, and opening/processing the mail.
• Managing vendor relationships for CTA’s business accounts.
• Managing donor relationships.
• Assisting with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintaining paper and electronic files.
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
• Adding new vendors to online banking platform.
• Assisting in new project onboarding.

Requirements for the position:
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently while functioning as part of a team.
• Commitment to CTA’s mission and values.
• Desire and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficiency with general computer software and general computer software skills and abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office, Airtable, Adobe, and QuickBooks is strongly preferred.
• This is not an entry-level position. One-to-two years of office and administrative experience required. Non-profit experience preferred.

This is an hourly position at $25.00 per hour. CTA offers a generous benefit package including health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, and a 403B plan.
