Takamine Acoustic Electric Bass in very good condition. Quilted maple sound board and body. I'm assuming a rosewood fingerboard. Electronics with 3 band equalizer, tuner, mid shift (whatever that means), bass boost, EQ bypass, min max gain, battery check. Not scratched up, very shiny, not used much, mostly for practice. Has a clear laminate pick guard, had a couple small crunches on the heel, back binding, about 1 and a half inches, but was expertly repaired by a luthier, who also put on the clear laminate. Both came out nice. Abalone inlay around soundhole...nice touch!
Neck is straight, not concave, maybe could use a little tightning, maybe not. Plays well. Intonation is a little strange at the upper frets, maybe a little bridge modification. Wouldn't be the first bass I've ever owned that acted that way. Electric basses are easier to adjust. Acoutics not so. Acoustic alone ( non electric) sound is a little weaker than you might expect from a jumbo, Mahogony body and spruce top would have been better All in all it's a nice instrument. Comes with a gig bag. Firm on the price.
