New, played 20 min. From Boston Drum Center, but has sat on my shelf unplayed. Great, great sound that did not fit the band. Airy, woody, perfect articulation that shimmers, and rich overtone that is easily controlled, but not a high-volume ride. It would be a great crash in a louder band, but I do not use 20" crashes. It is a really nice sound, and I've had dozens of Bosphorus and huge numbers of HH/HHX, Constantinople, Dream, Paiste etc over the decades-- this is a nice cymbal; I just have way too much drum equipment sitting unused, at the ripe age of 70y; gotta downsize sometime.
