It needs some work but doesn't appear to have any structural damage (beyond some possibly weird bowing in the top). It's comes with the bag and a few bows (all in need of re-hairing).
The instrument doesn't have a label on the inside but is marked "Guseto" on the back, which appears to be an alternate spelling of the mythological (and likely not real) 18th century violin maker Gusetto. Online research suggests it probably dates to the late 19th or early 20th century in France or Germany, where violins were commonly manufactured across several different craftspeoples' houses in a sort of proto-assembly line, rather than by a single master craftsman.
