Rough cut thicknesses of 4/4 (1”), 8/4 (2”) and 12/4 (3”). Widths range from 4” to 15”.
Nice selection of quarter-sawn red oak.
Some 8/4 live edge cherry and ash slabs.
This is rough cut lumber and most is not finished although I do have some finished F1S.
This was all cut from our sustainably managed forest property here in Newfield, milled, stickered and stacked in the summers of 2021 thru 2024. Most has dried to 8-12% moisture, the dryer boards were stacked indoors from 2022. This was cut from some very nice straight logs as you can see in the pictures.
As a woodworker I look forward to helping other woodworkers (beginners or experts) get just what they need for their next project. Also willing to sell whole stacks to cabinet makers and larger projects. I am retired and this is more a hobbie than a business so small orders, even just one board, are more than welcomed.
Prices range from $3 to $8 bd ft depending on species and the grade of lumber; Select, #1 Common, #2 Common.
We offer volume discounts on orders over $200.
We have an indoor space to layout boards so you can pick and choose which you want.
Also have some chunks of basswood for carving and quaking aspen for children’s toys (splinter-less).
