Painting Crews Needed - 15 day apartment project (Ithaca)

This is production based pay, not hourly. The more clean, quality work your crew can complete, the more you earn. This is a good fit for fast and experienced painting crews or small painting business that want steady production work, a clear scope, and the opportunity to make solid money in a short window.
We’re not looking for random day labor. We’re looking for crews that can show up on time, communicate well, work efficiently, and leave behind clean, professional work.
Must have:
- Your own painting tools/equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Experience painting
- Ability to work full days
- Good communication
Spraying is preferred, but fast brush/roll crews are welcome too. If interested please DO NOT call yet. Text Matt at 931-561-9577 with your name, crew size, painting experience, whether you spray or brush/roll, and a few photos of recent work if you have them.
We’ll review everyone who reaches out and set up calls in the next 2 days or so to go over the scope, pay, and schedule.
