CSP Management is seeking reliable crew members to join our landscaping team. We maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Ithaca area and are looking for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in producing quality work.
Our crews perform a variety of landscape maintenance services including mowing, trimming, mulching, hedge trimming, weeding, and seasonal property cleanups.
Responsibilities:
Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and string trimmers
Trim and shape hedges and shrubs
Install mulch and maintain landscape beds
Weed and maintain planting areas
Perform seasonal cleanups and general grounds maintenance
Maintain a professional appearance at client properties
Inspect and care for landscaping equipment
Work efficiently as part of a small crew
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required
