Job Description:

We’re currently looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping things running smoothly—we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks at our residential properties
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents (goal: same-day response)
Prepare apartments for new residents by completing minor repairs and cleaning
Troubleshoot and resolve common issues such as leaks, light fixtures, and basic appliance problems
Help maintain safe, clean, and functional spaces for residents and staff
Support seasonal tasks like snow removal, leaf cleanup, and general landscaping
Participate in inspections and assist with move-in/move-out processes
Maintain a friendly, professional relationship with residents and coworkers
Work with the property team to help keep everything running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of general maintenance, handyman, or related experience
A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using a smartphone or computer to receive and close out work orders
Reliable transportation
Property management experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and be a helpful team player
