We’re looking for reliable, hands-on workers to assist with light preservation and maintenance tasks on vacant properties, and who have strong work ethics and a willingness to learn!
📍 Contractor Needed in the Areas:
State: NY
Markets - Cortland, Herkimer, Oneida, Montgomery, Otsego, Fulton
✅ Ideal Candidates:
✔ Experience in basic repairs, cleaning, painting, or light carpentry (or eager to learn!)
✔ Ability to perform tasks like:
• Landscaping/Mowing/Grass cut
• Pest control
• Boarding up windows/doors
• Debris removal & light cleanup
• Minor/Major drywall/patch repairs
• Painting (interior/exterior)
• Fence/gate repairs
• Rental Cleaning
• Preservation Works
• Plumbing (Minor)
• HVAC (Minor)
• Electrical (Minor)
• Flooring
• Carpentry
✔ Own basic tools (hammer, drill, gloves, etc.)—some materials provided
✔ Reliable transportation (some jobs may require travel between sites)
✔ Licensed/bonded? Great! (But not required for most tasks)
